Our fourth major renovation involved the restyling of the front of our home by the addition of a stately 400 square foot, 1 ½ story, 3 sided end structure with slate roof and tall arched Pella windows with cast stone surround and sills.  This addition provided two existing guest rooms with their own luxurious bath facilities with 10 foot interior ceilings.  Each was spaciously divided into two sections:  a large dressing area with mirrored closet, with floor to ceiling sliding doors and oppositely, a classic vanity with all customized built-ins.  Beyond this is a pocket door providing privacy to the front section containing a large marble top linen closet,  a Toto toilet and an extremely spacious 7 ft. long x 3 ft. wide x 10 ft. high arched entry ceramic tile shower designed for double occupancy with tiled bench seat, clear glass shower doors, and chrome finished fixtures.  Each bath facility was customized to its own guest room with Wainscot paneling, ceramic tile, colors, and many other ways.  Our architect, Hodges and Hodges A.I.A. spared nothing in outlining every detail in their plans, involving no less than 23 pages, exceeding the average residence.  It was an extremely complicated project involving every conceivable trade with skilled workmanship to accomplish the specified results.

We carefully verified the qualifications, references, experience and communication skills of each bidder and selected Proper-T Improvements as our General Contractor.  They understood every detail of our project and promptly put together a highly skilled group of sub-contractors who were well coordinated by John Brown who, in turn, kept us current throughout the project.  Despite the many details, we have never had a single disagreement with Mr. Brown who performed most professionally.  This proved to be a great experience with an honest, reputable contractor that indeed put our minds at ease.  I highly recommend Proper-T Improvements for your project.
